Family Style (15 people max) $150.00 a person. Menu includes all items below:


Shrimp Ceviche Stuffed Grilled Avocado
Prawns marinated in lime, sour orange and coconut milk with cilantro, thinly sliced red onions, poblano chilies, red bell peppers, sliced radishes, dragon fruit (seasonal) drizzled with morita garlic chilli olive oil topped with toasted pumpkin seeds. (Shrimp can be substituted for catch of the day)


Mesquite Grilled Carne Asada Tacos
Skirt steak marinated with garlic, cumin, Spanish paprika, sour orange and assorted chilli's grilled over Mesquite. Tacos are topped with white onion cilantro, sliced avocado, charred, tomato, chipotle, pineapple salsa, roasted jalapeño garlic and lime crema with queso fresco. (Carne Asada can be substituted with Chicken)


Mesquite Grilled Catch of the day Fish Tacos
Catch of the day rubbed with Spanish paprika, cumin, lime zest, garlic, and assorted chilli's grilled over Mesquite with citrus mango slaw, segmented grapefruit, diced mango, chives, jalapeños, cilantro, shredded red cabbage and lime juice. Tacos are topped with chipotle, toasted coriander crema and sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds. (Fish can be substitute for shrimp)


Mesquite Grilled Octopus and Crisp Pork Shoulder Tacos
Octopus dusted with Spanish paprika, cumin, toasted coriander, assorted chilli’s grilled over Mesquite along with crisp pork shoulder topped with charred tomatillo salsa, sliced pickled red onions, cilantro, sliced radishes, diced jalapeños and chipotle, toasted coriander crema with toasted pumpkin seeds.

3-course dinner individually plated per person (6 people max) or family style (15 people max) $175.00 per person. Menu includes all items below:


Charred Peach, Haricots Verts and Avocado Salad
Charred peaches, green beans, avocado and arugula, topped with thinly sliced red onion, diced smoked bacon, shaved Manchego cheese, toasted black mustered seeds and preserved peach vinaigrette.


Hogfish and Tropical Fruit Ceviche
Sliced Hogfish marinated in coconut water, sour orange juice, lime juice, honey, and chamomile served with segmented pink grapefruit, diced dragon fruit, sliced kiwi, cilantro leafs, sliced red onions, Serrano chilli, jicama, radish sprouts and drizzled with Guajillo chilli oil.


Pan Seared Grouper and Prawns dusted with Cumin and Meretta chilli
Grouper and prawns pan seared and dusted with cumin and Meretta chili. Served with with white bean quinoa, sautéed arugula, radish, beets, avocado, roasted garlic, charred poblano chili and pumpkin seed crema.

Mesquite Grilled Seafood Chicken & Spanish Chorizo Paella
Mesquite grilled prawns, grouper, octopus, chicken, Spanish chorizos sausage, bomba rice simmered in a saffron, smoked paprika, guajillo chiLli, seafood stock, sofrito, dry white wine, roasted garlic, chard tomatoes, castelvetrano olives, chives, radish and chard lemon. Served with grilled baguette.
Mesquite Grilled Seafood Chicken & Spanish Chorizo Paella

Sangria Blanco
